What is the S.W.A.G. Smile Scholarship?

The S.W.A.G. Smile Scholarship offers the life-changing gift of orthodontic care to children who need it most. Funded entirely through donations to our S.W.A.G. Shop and community support, this program reflects our commitment to creating brighter futures, one smile at a time. Open to eligible children in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Dalton, Fort Oglethorpe, and surrounding areas, this scholarship is here to make a real difference in our community.

How to Apply

To apply for a S.W.A.G. Smile Scholarship:

• Ensure the applicant is 18 years of age or younger at the time of submission.
• Gather the required materials, including photos and letters of recommendation.
• Complete the application form and questionnaire.

Our team meets regularly to review submissions, award scholarships, and notify recipients. Award frequency is based on the available S.W.A.G. funds.
